George O. Hallman

George HallmanMr. Hallman was born in Columbia, South Carolina, June 29, 1957.  He attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and graduated with a B.A. in Government in 1979.  Following graduation, Mr. Hallman attended law school at Campbell University from which he graduated in 1983.  In 1983, he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar, the U.S. District Court for the State of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has been involved with a variety of civic projects and is a 1988 graduate of Leadership Columbia.

Mr. Hallman maintains membership in the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and has been active in several committees of the South Carolina Bar.

His practice emphasis is Creditor Right’s Law, primarily as counsel for commercial clients in bankruptcy and collection litigation.
