Managing partner Walter B. Todd has more than thirty years of litigation experience. He uses the knowledge he gained trying cases as a foundation to meaningfully facilitate and resolve civil law disputes. Whether through mediation, arbitration or other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Todd understands the importance of providing knowledgeable, neutral services in the alternative dispute arena to facilitate workable solutions that save the expense, delay and uncertainty of proceeding to trial.

Mr. Todd has been an active mediator and arbitrator throughout the State of South Carolina since 1991. Currently he is a certified arbitrator and mediator for the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and has been certified as a mediator for the Unites States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Mr. Todd has taught Alternative Dispute Resolution as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina Law School, and is currently the co-chairman of the Richland County Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Mr. Todd has served on the South Carolina Supreme Court's Joint Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Qualifications and Certification Committee), has lectured often on ADR for the Continuing Legal Education section of the South Carolina Bar, and has participated in mediator training for the South Carolina Circuit Courts, and the United States Department of Justice.
